and supply chain solutions segments to government, semi-government and private sector
clients operating in the UAE’s industrial and commercial sectors. Massar currently
owns and operates a fleet of 9,755 vehicles and manages a further 6,755 vehicles
for third party clients.

Massar begins providing its services on the open market and secures a major fleet-outsource contract with Abu Dhabi Municipality.
The Company changed its legal name from Al Wathba Company for Central Services PJSC to Massar Solutions PJSC and rebranded from AWCCS to Massar.
We generate value through efficient and innovative asset lifecycle management (managing vehicles from point-of-purchase to point-of-sale) for the benefit of all of our stakeholders (customers, suppliers and shareholders).
Our strategy focuses on creating sustainable revenue streams through the acquisition, long-term lease, rental and utilisation of vehicles, mobile capital equipment and related value-added services.

Mr. Al Ramahi is currently the CEO of Invest AD (Abu Dhabi Investment Company). He has more than 21 years experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Financial Management, through a number of senior positions in government and private sector initiatives. Mr. Al Ramahi holds a BA in Finance from The University of Wisconsin in the US.
Mr. Hasan is currently Head of Direct Investments at Invest AD (Abu Dhabi Investment Company) and a member of the executive management team. He has over two decades of experience of investing in Infrastructure, Private Equity and Real Estate both regionally and globally, and sits on the board of a number of portfolio companies in the UAE and the Middle East region. Mr. Hasan holds an MBA from London Business School, UK.
Mr. Al Mazrouei is a member of the investment team looking after equity hedge fund managers in the Active Investment Strategies Department at Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC), holding this role since October 2007. He also served previously as a board member in Abu Dhabi National Islamic Finance Company and Al Hilal Bank. Mr. Al Mazrouei holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in Denver.
Mr. Al Hammadi is currently working as Business Support Department Manager at Al Mirfa Power Company which is one of Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority(ADWEA) companies. He did previously served in many positions such as Supply Department Manager at ADWEA for 7 years and also worked at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority as a Senior Commissioning Engineer in the Projects Department. Mr. Al Hammadi holds a Master Degree from Wollongong University in Engineering Management (MEM) as well as a Bachelor Degree in Engineering Management from the Dubai Men’s College.
Mr. Al Mulla is a senior investment professional within the Real Estate Department of Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC). As part of his responsibilities, Saoud oversees the Council’s real estate investments in America as well as investments in the global funds’ space. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Investment Company (Invest AD). Mr. Al Mulla holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Finance from The John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Canada. He is also CFA Charterholder.
Mr. Al Dhahiri is currently the Acting Chief Operations Officer of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) since June 2016 and has served as the Executive Vice President for Human Resources and General Services of TAQA. He has also served on the Board of Directors of United Printing & Publishing and previously held human resources leadership positions at the Abu Dhabi Media Company, Etihad Rail and Abu Dhabi Health Services Company – SEHA. Mr. Al Dhaheri holds a MBA from University of Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Al Ahbabi is currently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of TAQA. He did previously work at SEHA – Ambulatory Health Care Services and ADCO. Mr. Al Ahbabi holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York Institute, Abu Dhabi.
