QHSE Officer

    Network Security Administrator

  • Design, configure, deploy, and maintain the state enterprise security infrastructure.
  • Analyse problems, recommend solutions, products, and technologies to meet business objectives.
  • Actively protect state information technology assets and infrastructure from external or internal threats and ensure that the state complies with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding information access, security and privacy.
  • Implement firewall solutions to properly secure State data and provide consultation on all new firewall implementations,firewall configuration changes, and projects requiring security operational support.
  • Assist the end-user, other IT professionals, and external customers in requesting security variances and implementation of subsequent configuration change requests.
  • Recommend best security practices to achieve stated business objectives, advises on risk assumptions for any variances granted, and provides alternatives to achieve desired end results.
  • Assist in incident response for any breaches, intrusions, or theft.
  • Monitor systems for any anomalies, proper updating, and patching.
  • Monitor vendor websites for potential threat alerts and software upgrades
  • Evaluates and performs planning, testing, and implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
  • Maintains system documentation and configuration data for regulatory and audit purposes


  • Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience of recent professional experience in Network Administration.
  • 1 or more years professional experience with current network security protocols, hardware and software.
  • Previous experience with Network infrastructure design, including telephony and video.
  • Previous experience with Cisco router and switch configuration.
  • Previous experience with one or more of the following firewalls: Checkpoint, CISCO, Juniper and McAfee.
  • IDS/IPS and Syslog.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Possess current CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
  • Must have good working experience on Fortinet firewall.

    Financial Analyst

  • Assist in being a Business Partner to LOB Heads and analyse LOB results on a monthly basis. High quality service to internal customers.
  • Become an expert in all reporting and analysis tools used in particular SAS as well as Oracle and Fleet Management systems.
  • Analysis of LOB financial performance- revenue, cost and allocation.
  • Assist in the development of forecasts and work with the Commercial and Financial Controller on developing reports at LOB level for LOB heads.
  • Analysis of fleet costs, depreciation expense and KPI’s and impact on financial performance.
  • Analysis of leasing revenue/contracts/pricing and RAC tariffs and other regulatory costs.
  • Be involved in improving the customer profitability analysis at a Project, GP and Net Profit and Return level.
  • Assistance in pricing and new contract evaluation and understand and use sensitivity of return requirements.
  • To analyse car sales profit/loss (price and volume analysis) and be able to build forecasts that can be used to manage our residual value and impairment risks.
  • Recommending and assisting with additional profit generation projects.
  • Report on KPI’s and constant review and improvement on measurements.
  • To be involved in the control of the auction process from a financial perspective (age of vehicle, vehicle type, mortgage status, impairment etc.


  • Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualified accountant/ analyst with appropriate qualifications – (CA/CPA).
  • Automotive or Financial Services background preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in industry or accounting firm in an analytical problem solving capacity.
